By using Diecast Radar (diecastradar.app) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Diecast Radar is a free informational tool for 1:64 diecast collectors. It aggregates publicly available retailer stock information, community sightings, and product data, and offers tools including restock and price-drop alerts, a personal collection and wishlist, a cart optimizer that suggests the best way to buy across retailers, AI-assisted in-store sightings, and a Hunter Score.

Stock, pricing, sales-tax, shipping, and release-date information is fetched periodically or estimated and may not reflect real-time availability. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information shown — always confirm details with the retailer before purchasing.

You can use most of the site anonymously. If you create an account (via email code, Google, or Discord) you are responsible for activity under it and for keeping your access secure. Choose a username that is not misleading, offensive, or impersonating someone else; we may reclaim or change usernames that violate this. You may delete your account yourself at any time from your profile settings, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and you confirm this when you sign up. Diecast Radar is not directed at children under 13. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 13, we may remove it.

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diecast Radar and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site, including but not limited to lost profits, missed purchases, or data.

Links to third-party retailers (Walmart, Target, Amazon, Mattel Creations, and many specialty shops) are provided for convenience and may contain affiliate parameters. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, pricing, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. Purchases are made directly with the retailer; Diecast Radar is not a party to any transaction.

You may submit community content — sighting reports and photos, comments, star ratings and reviews, product suggestions, and votes. By submitting any of it you grant Diecast Radar a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to display, store, reproduce, and use that content in connection with operating and promoting the site, including to build and improve product data. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

Moderation. To keep the community useful and safe we may, at our discretion and without notice, edit, hide, remove, downrank, or limit the visibility of any content, and we may suspend, shadow-ban (where your content is visible only to you), or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the community. We are not obligated to host or display any submission. When a moderator removes or hides your content (a comment or a sighting note) for breaking these rules, your Hunter Score may be reduced.

Flagging. You can flag a sighting you believe is inaccurate. Flagging is limited to one flag per person per sighting, you cannot flag your own sighting, and you can revoke a flag you placed. When enough members flag a sighting it is hidden pending review. Abusing the flagging system (for example, coordinating flags to suppress accurate reports) is a violation of these terms and may cost you Hunter Score or your account.

Store restocks.Reporting a store restock, and confirming someone else's, must be honest and first-hand. You may not report fake or duplicate restocks, confirm your own report through a second account, or coordinate with another member to repeatedly confirm each other's restocks to farm points. We limit how many restocks you can report per day, allow one report per store per day, and only award points when a different, genuine hunter confirms a restock. Gaming this system may cost you Hunter Score or your account.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the site without written permission.
• Submit false sighting reports or manipulate the Hunter Score, alert, or voting systems.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to place orders, abuse alerts, or circumvent rate limits.
• Post advertisements, spam, external or affiliate links, or solicitations in comments, reviews, suggestions, or other community content.
• Post unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or infringing content, or impersonate others.
• Use the site in any way that violates applicable law.

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
